Strategy & Operations Director
Sally Qiu is responsible for LP Law’s strategy, operations, and financial management, with a focus on building a well-governed and sustainable professional services practice. She oversees firm-wide planning, financial controls, and operational systems to support long-term growth and organisational resilience.
Working closely with the firm’s legal and support teams, Sally ensures that LP Law’s business operations, client service processes, and internal workflows are structured, efficient, and aligned with the firm’s strategic objectives.
In addition, she oversees LP Law’s trademark and corporate services functions, ensuring that these areas operate in a streamlined and compliant manner while supporting the firm’s broader cross-border and advisory work.
Sally holds an Executive MBA (Distinction) from University of Newcastle and is certified in Executive Consulting for Managers and Leaders by UNITAR-CIFAL. She brings a practical, execution-focused approach to leadership, bridging legal expertise with strong business and operational discipline.
Tevy Chua
Marketing Lead
